Welcome
A very warm welcome to the LIFT Partnership, a special multi-academy trust. We became a Multi-Academy Trust in October 2017.
At the moment the trust consists of two schools, Linden Bridge, catering for children aged 4 to 19 years and West Hill currently transitioning to become a primary school only by 2020.
The trust was successful in its application to open a new free school for pupils with autism. The school will cater for children aged 4-19 and will join LiFT on opening.

The principal aim of the LiFT Partnership is to provide an ambitious education offering that is tailored to the needs, interests and abilities of learners with SEND, while maintaining the unique ethos and specialisms of each school.
